Milverdene Limited is a property and facilities maintenance company. Milverdene has been established since 1977 and has over 400 years of technical expertise combined ready and happy to deliver you a top rate service.

 

From conception, Milverdene was a family business providing building services. We started working with local housing associations and councils in and around North West London.  We found clients were so impressed with our delivery we were receiving requests to conduct trade specific services with clients needs at the forefront of the delivery we evolved and obtained Gas Safe (then CORGI) and NICEIC Registration.

We continued to develop our skills and over time we have earned our reputation of being problem solvers in our specialism industry; Gas, Electrical and Mechanical services.

 

Our contracts and client base have continued to grow and we are now providing all elements of property maintenance and facility management services nationwide.
